See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 23, 2023, Mr. Mazurczyk requested phone logs of an identified individual. On September 7, 2023, the Town responded. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2158, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response dated September 20, 2023 to Mr. Mazurczyk. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s September 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s September 20th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
