See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 22, 2023, Mr. Courtney requested “...all documents pertaining to the University leasing University land for the purpose of a geothermal project.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Courtney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2171, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided a response to Mr. Courtney on September 12, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Courtney has appealed the University’s September 12th response which is now opened as SPR23/2259.
