The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records October 4, 2023 SPR23/2252 Nathanial Smith Municipal Archivist and Records Manager Town of Concord 141 Keyes Road Concord, MA 01742 Dear Mr. Smith: I have received the petition of Edward P. Sinni, Jr. appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Concord (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 31, 2023, Mr. Sinni requested “…details of the code addressing that stainless steel braided hoses or similar are required under such a code.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sinni petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2252, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Sinni with a response dated October 4, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Edward P.
