See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 24, 2023, the requestor requested records related to a specific arrest that occurred on February 4, 2022. The Department provided a response on September 25, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2294, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided the requestor with a further response dated September 29, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s September 25th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
