See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). SPR23/2329 On July 10, 2023, Ms. Greely requested “... all correspondence, including emails, between the Planning Board and/or its members and each other and/or other departments and/or the engineers, developer, owners and representatives of the Brigadoon project (in its various names and various reiterations and owners) off Weymouth St. since the project 2020.” SPR23/2330 On July 10, 2023, Ms. Greely requested “... all correspondence, including emails, between the Planning Board and/or its members and each other and/or the engineers, developer, owners and representatives of the Giosioio Project off Sherrick Ave. since the project was first mentioned.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Greely petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR23/2329 and SPR23/2330, were opened as a result.
