The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records October 19, 2023 SPR23/2419 Angela Lee Chan, Esq. Special Counsel – Information Officer Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency One Beacon Street Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Chan: I have received the petition of Rachel L. Millette, Esq. appealing the response of Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency (Agency) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 27, 2023, Attorney Millette requested, “... a copy of any and all agreements entered into with [an identified individual] concerning his separation from employment [and] ... records of all discipline issued to [an identified individual] during his employment with MassHousing.” The Agency responded on October 10, 2023. Unsatisfied with the Agency’s response, Attorney Millette petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2419, was opened as a result. In an email dated October 18, 2023, Attorney Millette informed this office that she wishes to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
