See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 16, 2023, Ms. Couture requested “Executive Department New Hire Employee Details data” for specific Human Resources Division employees. The Office provided a response on October 17, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Couture petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2457, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Ms. Couture with a further response dated October 24, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s October 17th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Couture may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s October 24th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
