See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 18, 2023, Mr. Helfer requested “[e]mail communication between [three identified individuals] and any other…related emails connected to the email from July 6th between [two identified individuals] discussing [an identified project].” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Helfer petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2533, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the Town provided a response to Mr. Helfer on October 10, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Helfer may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
