The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records November 3, 2023 SPR23/2535 Christina Gibson Primary Records Access Officer Massachusetts Port Authority One Harborside Drive, Suite 200S East Boston, MA 02128 Dear Ms. Gibson: I have received the petition of Jeanie Audino appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 25, 2023, Ms. Audino requested the following records: [1.] … lease between the Authority and Coastal Marine Management LLC on or about January 18, 2012. [2.] … assignment of lease between Coastal Marine Management LLC and Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina LLC … on or about May 8, 2018. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Audino petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2535, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided Ms. Audino with a response on October 31, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Audino may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Jeanie Audino One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
