See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 28, 2023, Mr. Hawkinson requested “...the calendars... for [named persons] from April 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023.” Prior Appeal The requested records were the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR23/1426 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (July 7, 2023). In my July 7th determination, I found it unclear if the City had provided a response to Mr. Hawkinson and ordered the City to provide a response. On October 26, 2023, the City responded with redacted responsive records. The City stated that the redactions were made pursuant to Exemptions (c), (d), and (n) of the Public Records Law. G. L. c. 4 § 7(26)(c), (d), (n). Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Hawkinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2569, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the City provided a further response to Mr. Hawkinson on November 2, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s October 26th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hawkinson may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 2nd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
