See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 13, 2023, Ms. Eckstrom requested the following records: [1.] … all monies received from Community Perseveration to Municipal Maintenance for reach playground … for the past 5 years…. [2.] [A]ll monies received from Community Preservation to Municipal Maintenance for the Dog Park … for the past 6 years…. [3.] The schedule of maintenance for the playgrounds, including the dog park, in the [T]own, if the [T]own maintains any of the playgrounds…. [4.] The number of ‘pickets’ that have been put up by Municipal Maintenance at the Conway playground in the Swift’s Beach area…. [5.] The process confirming how many pickets are scored/written on and returned to [Municipal Maintenance] to be put up…. [6.] The square footage of the floor area of the barn that is being used to house the remaining pickets (and the number of pickets remaining)…. [7.] [T]he total floor area of the barn for the Conway playground…. [8.] The name/number of town cemeteries and the scheduled maintenance for mowing/weed whacking the lawns at each. Debra A. Gremo SPR23/2651 Page 2 November 16, 2023 Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Eckstrom petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2651, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the Town provided a response to Ms. Eckstrom on November 14, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
