Collins appealing the responses of the Milton Police Department (Department) to requests for public records. See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). SPR23/2653 On August 14, 2023, Mr. Collins requested a copy of a “report that lists all phone calls made to [a specific address], the dates of each call, and any other related information available from January 1, 2006 to the present.” SPR23/2654 On October 2, 2023, Mr. Collins requested a copy of a “report that lists all phone calls made to [a specific address], the dates of each call, and any other related information available from January 1, 2013 to the present.” SPR23/2655 On October 6, 2023, Mr. Collins requested a copy of a “report that lists all phone calls made to [a specific address], the dates of each call, and any other related information available from 06/01/2018 to 06/01/2023.” The Department provided responses on August 23, 2023, October 2, 2023, and October 6, 2023. Unsatisfied with these responses, Mr. Collins petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR23/2653, SPR23/2654 and SPR23/2655, were opened as a result. Where these appeals were opened as a result of the Department’s prior responses, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed.
