Herman appealing the response of the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency (Agency) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 21, 2023, Mr. Herman requested “copies of any and all agreements, settlement agreements, separation agreements, exit agreements, and/or the like that the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency has executed with employees from January 1, 2020 to the present.” The Agency provided a response on November 6, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2705, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Agency provided Mr. Herman with a further response dated November 9, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Agency’s November 6th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
