Box 392 North Billerica, MA 01862 Dear Attorney Wong: I have received the petition Paul Revells appealing the nonresponse of the Sex Offender Registry Board (Board) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 6, 2023, Mr. Revells requested, “[a]ll information, such as photographs, home address and employment address of ... [an identified] person ... who is a registered sex offender.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Revells petitioned this office and this appeal SPR23/2836, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Board provided Mr. Revells with a response dated November 27, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Board’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Revells may appeal the substantive nature of the Board’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
