Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Raffaele petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2870, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response to Mr. Raffaele on November 29, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s November 22nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
