Mason appealing the response of the Hinsdale Police Department (Department) to his request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 13, 2023, Ms. Mason requested, “[r]eports, dispatch logs, dash cam, body cam, photographs and radio transmissions relating to Crash Report 23-13- AC.” The Department provided a response on November 27, 2023, providing some responsive records. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Mason petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2872, was opened as a result. Subsequently, on December 1, 2023, Mr. Mason sent this office an email which stated, “[p]lease be aware as of last evening I have received all requested documents from the Hinsdale Police Department.” Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s November 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
