See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 11, 2023 Mr. Belbin requested the following records: [1] Draft minutes for the November 7, 2023 RDA meeting. For just the meeting, not the joint meeting with selectmen. [2] All emails sent or received by [identified] RDA members regarding the position of RDA Consultant, from June 1, 2023 to October 11, 2023. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Belbin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2892 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Belbin’s request with a response sent on December 1, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Belbin may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
