See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 14, 2023, Ms. MacDonald requested the following records: [1.] Any and all email and text messages to [an identified individual] regarding [an identified address] from the time of his hire to present. [2.] All emails between you … and any and all departments/[T]own personnel regarding [an identified address]. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. MacDonald petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2907 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the Town provided a response to Ms. MacDonald on December 5, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
