See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 03, 2023, Ms. Spaulding stated the following: [1.] Mr. ... please confirm the attached is your LinkedIn profile and your license with DESE is ... [2.] Ms. ... please confirm/deny you are employed by the MASC as a ... as field director since 2016 and a Worcester School Committee member during 2009 – 2015 and again since 2020? [3.] School Committee: ... What was the policy and practice of the Worcester School Committee for controlling grants prior to 2021 when the MASC updated their policy... [4.] School Committee: When did the Worcester School Committee update their policy DD? and please explain what the RFP is in the following policy statement: Federal Entitlement grants are awarded to recipients on the basis of formulas set forth in laws or regulations. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Spaulding petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/3022 was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the City has provided a response. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Ms. Spaulding with a response to her request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
