See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 23, 2023, Mr. Herman requested “a copy of any settlement agreement, execution agreement, separation agreement, and/or the like executed by the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority with [a named individual].” On December 11, 2023, the Authority responded. Unsatisfied with the Authority’s response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/3118, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided a further response on January 5, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s December 11th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s January 5th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
