See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 15, 2023, Mr. Herman made three separate records requests as follows: [1.] [A] copy of the investigative report dealing with [a named individual;] [2.] [A] copy of the settlement agreement executed with [a named individual;] [3.] [A] copy of the agreement executed with the law firm that investigated the [named individual] matter and the invoices submitted by the law firm. On January 2, 2024, the University responded. Unsatisfied with the University’s response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0022, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided a further response on January 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s January 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the University’s January 10th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
