See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 26, 2023, Ms. Vaglica requested “all police reports and dispatch records from 2000 to present regarding [a named individual].” The Department provided a response on December 29, 2023. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Vaglica petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0044, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Vaglica with a further response dated January 9, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s December 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Vaglica may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s January 9th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
