Mason, of The Mason Group, Inc., appealing the response of the Town of Dalton (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 13, 2023, Mr. Mason requested “any and all records maintained by the Town of Dalton Selectman’s Office with regards to [a named individual].” The Town provided a response on November 30, 2023. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Mason petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0057, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Mason with a further response dated January 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s November 30th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
