See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 15, 2023, Mr. Herman requested: [1.] [A] copy of the investigative report dealing with [a named individual] [2.] [A] copy of the settlement agreement executed with [a named individual] [3.] [A] copy of the agreement executed with the law firm that investigated the [named individual] matter and the invoices submitted by the law firm.” Prior Appeal This request was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR24/0022 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 11, 2024). In my January 11th determination, it was my understanding that the University provided a further response to Mr. Herman on January 10, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0111, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided a further response on January 24, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s January 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the University’s January 24th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
