See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 26, 2023, Mr. Mason requested the following records pertaining to Granville’s Pub Inc.: [1.] The current license on record for 2023. [2.] Owner information as of 2023. [3.] All TIPS training conducted for the past 3 years and the dates and employees who completed the training. [4.] All violations or actions taken against the license holder in the past five years. [5.] All records of unannounced visits by the enforcement unit and supporting document of the visits for the past five years. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Mason petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0121, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission provided Mr. Mason with a response dated January 22, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
