See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 12, 2023, Ms. Rocca requested: [1.] the mail lists used to distribute the 2021, 2022, and 2023 Annual Street listing Census [2.] 2021, 2022, and 2023 Street Listings[.] The Town provided a response on December 13, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Rocca petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0129, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on January 17, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 13, 2023 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Rocca may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s January 17th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
