On December 6, 2023, Ms. Hamilton-McKeon submitted the following request: I have not received any communications from [an identified individual] or any of the Advisory Board Members about [a specific Commission] Docket Number. . . . There is also an EEOC Charge Number. . . . Would you please confirm that you have received my letters, one is provided below. An update about these as well as your recommendation regarding these situations is appreciated. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Hamilton-McKeon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0153, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission provided Ms. Hamilton-McKeon with a response dated January 22, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Hamilton- McKeon may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
