See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 10, 2024, Ms. Hamilton-McKeon requested investigative files for a specific case. The Commission provided a response on January 17, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Commission’s response, Ms. Hamilton- McKeon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0159, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission provided Ms. Hamilton-McKeon with a further response dated January 22, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s January 17th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Hamilton-McKeon may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s January 22nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
