See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 17, 2024, Mr. Cutler requested, “... all applications of the businesses that applied for ARPA funds for the Town of Spencer.” The Town responded on January 23, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Cutler petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0197, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response to Mr. Cutler on January 24, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s January 23rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Cutler may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s January 24th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
