See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Allison Mondello SPR24/0229 Page 2 February 5, 2024 [7] Entire file of Hampden County District Attorney’s office regarding the Collision; [8] Measurements taken by the Collision Analysis & Reconstruction Section in printed and electronic format regarding the Collision; [9] Diagrams prepared by the Collision Analysis & Reconstruction Section in printed and electronic format regarding the Collision; [10] Massachusetts State Police Policy and Procedure and Rules and Regulations pertaining to crash investigation and reconstruction; [11] All Massachusetts State Police, including Crime Scene Services, photographs and videos on disk in un-redacted format regarding the Collision; [12] Curriculum Vitae or certificates of training pertaining to Crash Investigation and Reconstruction for the Troopers involved in the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction regarding the Collision; [13] All logs, reports, and photographs of the Springfield Fire Department in your possession regarding the Collision; [14] All logs, reports, and photographs of the Springfield Police Department in your possession regarding the Collision; [15] All statements, interviews and notes regarding interviews of [two identified individuals] regarding the Collision; [16] All witness statements, interviews and notes regarding interviews in un- redacted form regarding the Collision; [17] Damage appraisal and photographs of the motorcycle operated by [an identified individual]; [18] Damage appraisal and photographs of the vehicle operated by [an identified individual]; [19] Any and all records related to the tow, recovery and/or storage of the vehicle/ motorcycle operated by [an identified individual]; [20] Any and all records related to the tow, recovery and/or storage of the vehicle operated by [an identified individual]; and [21] Any and all citations related to the Collision.

Allison Mondello SPR24/0229 Page 3 February 5, 2024 Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Murphy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0229, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the Department has provided a response. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Attorney Murphy with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
