See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 9, 2024, Ms. Lambert requested: [1.] The email that accompanied the letter sent to the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office from the Pittsfield Police Department that is attached to this request[;] [2.] Any and all internal affairs records regarding Andrew Couture. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Lambert petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0242, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Ms. Lambert with a response dated February 5, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Lambert may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
