See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 8, 2024, Ms. Munchbach requested, “…copies of public records that align to the medical emergency on 6/15/2022 at [an identified address], Weymouth ... and investigated by the state under case number #22-0712.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Munchbach petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0245, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department of Public Health (Department) provided Ms. Munchbach with a response dated January 29, 2024, on behalf of the Office. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Ms. Munchbach has appealed the Office’s January 29th response resulting in a new appeal which is currently opened as SPR24/0302.
