See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 11, 2024, Mr. Dreslinski requested the following records: [1.] July, 2023 housing conditions/building code violations at …Woodland Road, Southborough[;] [2.] The July complaint, including photos/video either received as part of the initial complaint or taken subsequent to being made aware of the housing conditions. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0255, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Dreslinski with a response dated January 29, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
