Ahearn appealing the response of the Stoneham Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 29, 2024, Attorney Ahearn requested the “CAD Entry/Incident Report” and “the audio of any and all 911 calls and related communications made regarding” a specified incident. The Department responded on February 5, 2024, providing responsive records in redacted form. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Attorney Ahearn appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Department provided a supplemental response by email to Attorney Ahearn and this office on February 8, 2024. As this appeal was opened based on the Department’s February 5th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Attorney Ahearn may further appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s February 8th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
