See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). In separate requests, Mr. Ainooson requested the following on December 8, 2023: SPR24/0369 [1.] [T]he number of appeals filed by [identified officers][;] [2.] [T]he file/appeal case number for each appeal, along with the dates and times of the appeals[;] [3.] If you are able to, a summary of each appeal, along with the dates and times of the appeals[;] [4.] [T]he result(s) of each appeal[.] SPR24/0370 [1.] [T]he number of appeals filed by [identified officers][;] [2.] [T]he file/appeal case number for each appeal, along with the dates and times of each appeal[;] [3.] If you are able to, a summary of each appeal[;] [4.] [T]he result(s) of each appeal[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Ainooson petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR24/0369 and SPR24/0370, were opened as a result. Accordingly, the Commission is ordered to provide Mr. Ainooson with said response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
