See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 29, 2024, Blue POV requested “[a]ll body cam footage of arresting officer for the arrest of [a named individual] arrested on 10/28/2023 for disorderly conduct…” The City responded on February 6, 2024, providing a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0395, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response on February 21, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s February 6, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Blue POV may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s February 21st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
