Wallace Business Manager Norfolk County Agricultural High School 400 Main Street Walpole, MA 02081 Dear Mr. Wallace: I have received the petition of Marguerite Lee, of Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, appealing the response of the Norfolk County Agricultural High School (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 4, 2024, Ms. Lee requested, “...a copy of all Norfolk Aggie legal bills paid in fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 through today’s date.” The School responded on January 23, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Lee petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0435, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a further response to Ms. Lee on February 14, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s January 23rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Lee may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s February 14th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
