See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 18, 2024, Mr. Poulos requested, “[a]ll records of correspondence, including but not limited to emails, letters, and memos, between the Sherborn Recreation Commission and the Sherborn Police Department from October 27, 2023, to December 11, 2023. This request includes any attachments to the correspondence and any internal communications within the Recreation Commission regarding these correspondences.” The Department responded on January 27, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Poulos petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0500, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response to Mr. Poulos on February 28, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s January 27, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Poulos may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s February 28, 2024 response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
