See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 25, 2024, Mr. Gibson requested: [1.] All documentation from 1-9-23 of [an identified individual] speaking to me regarding a Prea investigation [2.] All documentation I called internal affairs HI-23 [3.] Documentation with redactions as to why I.P.S. searched my property 2-7- 23[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Gibson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0506, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Gibson with a response dated February 21, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gibson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
