See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 30, 2024, Mr. Daley requested the following records: [1.] ... copy of the call log and all the notes entered by information specialists in regards to my complaint with the TD Garden. The complaint was made by me . . . back on May 25th 2022. [2.] ... edit history of the notes and the edit history of my personal information as I believe they will reveal an offense by the Attorney Generals office employees against me. The AGO responded on February 13, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Daley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0511, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the AGO intends on providing a further response to Mr. Daley. Accordingly, the AGO is to provide Mr. Daley with said response in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Daley may appeal the substantive nature of the AGO’s response within ninety days.
