See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 30, 2024, Ms. Skauen requested: “…the unapproved meeting minutes, all exhibits and all documents from the January 25, 2024 meeting of the [Town] Climate Initiative Committee (Committee).” As a result of not receiving the responsive records, Ms. Skauen petitioned the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor), as a result this appeal was opened. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned the Committee provided Ms. Skauen with a response on February 20, 2024, which included the responsive records. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Committee’s prior response of February 13, 2024, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Skauen may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
