See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 10, 2024, Ms. Lennon requested “all emails sent and/or received by SRO Ofc. ... that include [a list of specified] terms, not case sensitive ... and emails that regard [two named individuals]. The date range of [the] request is Jan. 1, 2020 to Jan. 10, 2023.” The School responded on January 18, 2024, providing a fee estimate. Subsequently, it is my understanding that Ms. Lennon submitted payment to the School on January 19, 2024. Having received no further response, Ms. Lennon appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the School provided a supplemental response by mail to Ms. Lennon and this office on February 21, 2024. As this appeal was opened based on the School’s January 18th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Lennon may further appeal the substantive nature of the School’s February 21st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
