See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 16, 2023, Mr. Berry-Cahn requested “... body cam footage taken at the scene of a motor vehicle accident, which occurred on 1/14/2023. My vehicle (a Honda CRV) was t-boned on Rt. 16 in Everett/Revere in January 2023 by a Toyota Rav-4.” The Department responded on February 22, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Berry-Cahn petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0558, was opened as a result. In an email to this office dated February 29, 2024, Mr. Berry-Cahn indicated that the Department provided him with responsive records and requested that this office close his appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
