See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 30, 2024, Mr. Berry-Cahn requested, “[a] plain noncertified copy of the Marriage Intention for [identified individuals] filed in November or December of 1961.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Berry-Cahn petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0563, was opened as a result. In an email dated February 23, 2024, Mr. Berry-Cahn informed this office that he received a further response from the City and wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
