See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 2, 2024, Mr. Sherr requested the following records: [1.] Any transcript of a hearing pertaining to the recent title IX case[;] [2.] The responsibility determination letter issued on the recent title IX case[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sherr petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0564, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided a response to Mr. Sherr dated February 26, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Mr. Sherr has appealed the District’s February 26th response resulting in a new appeal, which is currently opened as SPR24/0601.
