See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2024, Ms. Efendi requested the following records: SPR24/0585 “... all records to and/or from [identified individuals] concerning protests at Mayor ... house between February 1, 2022 and February 14, 2022.” SPR24/0587 “... all records to and/or from [identified individuals] concerning protests at Mayor ... house between February 1, 2022 and February 14, 2022.” SPR24/0588 ... all records to and/or from [identified individuals] concerning protests at Mayor ... house between February 1, 2022 and February 14, 2022.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Efendi petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR24/0585, SPR24/0587 and SPR24/0588, were opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of these appeals, it remains unclear whether the City has provided a response. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Ms. Efendi with a response to her requests, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days.
