See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 23, 2024, Mr. Glebocki requested, “[t]he 911 call [an identified individual] made at the time of [another identified individual’s] death, incident report; and the city of [W]estfield’s emergency service’s response to it.” The Department responded on February 7, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Glebocki petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0606, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department intends on providing a supplemental response to Mr. Glebocki. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Glebocki with said response in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Glebocki may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
