See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 9, 2024, Ms. Crimaldi requested the following: SPR24/0608 Any and all records from IA cases 2020-0047, 2019-0011, H980022, H950042, A930021 and any/all other IA investigations initiated against [an identified individual], and not mentioned here, from Jan. 1, 2020 to the date this request is fulfilled. SPR24/0609 Copies of Paystation records, officer’s record of paid detail, and overtime payment request forms for [an identified individual] from Jan. 1 2022 to Dec. 31, 2023. If the information from the records are in a computerized database and can be extracted, I am requesting a copy of the data, preferably in .csv format, with all fields including non-exempt information. Please include any/all data dictionaries or glossaries or user manuals needed to interpret the data. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Crimaldi petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR24/0608 and SPR24/0609, were opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of these appeals, it remains unclear whether the Department has provided a response.
