See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 12, 2024, Mr. Haller requested “[c]opies of all invoices from, purchase orders to, and check numbers of payments to MAB Community Services and the IVY Street School from August 1, 2022 to today.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Haller petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0613, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Haller with a response dated March 5, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Haller may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
