Record Access Officer City of Boston One City Hall Square Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Boston Accountability Network (“requestor”) appealing the response of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 18, 2024, the requestor sought “[a]ll reports, records and/or body camera footage related to incidents that either occurred at or contain reference to [an identified address] (all apartment numbers) from 2021 to the present.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0632, was opened as a result. In emails dated February 29, 2024 and March 1, 2024, the requestor informed this office that they have received a further response from the City and wish to withdraw the administrative appeal.
